From the first til the very last meeting with a representative from APT - I was provided with exemplary customer service, the highest level of professionalism and a stellar sinkhole remediation as a result. All of my questions were answered right away, everything was explained to me in a way I could easily understand, and the actual physical remediation was completed in a relatively short period of time. On top of that, the crew working on the project did a fantastic job cleaning up! My property looked just as it always had, except now, I have complete confidence in the foundation my home rests upon! Overall, I am extraordinarily satisfied and very glad I made the decision to hire APT for my sinkhole repair. They know exactly what to do, how to do it and get it done right. Tony took time to go all the way to Mulberry to check my property. He's honest and told me of his findings, which did not include sinkhole activity. He spent time explaining to me how to remedy the hole situation on my property and wouldn't take a dime. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Great guy!

This is the second time I've used APT personally, and I have referred them to friends and family that have had them perform work as well. I have dealt with this company over the course of the last 7 years. On each of the projects, the consistency of the desire to please the client was very refreshing. You may even miss the guys once your job is complete, because you can't help but grow fond of such wonderful people. The work they do is brutal, and can be disrupting to your normal routine. They seem to understand this, as they are always in communication with you to make sure any issues and/or concerns are addressed, and resolved.
